Dear TLYCC members,
The Board is constantly faced with tough decisions as it tries to determine what is best for the membership and the club as a whole. This year is no different, and we need your help in understanding what about TLYCC is important to you. The Board would like your thoughts about how you use the club, what you like and what you’d like to improve.

Attached are several questionnaires. Each one will take just a few minutes to fill out. Your answers will give us helpful information. Please click on the links below for the questionnaire. There are four separate surveys. Please take the time to provide us with your input. We would appreciate receiving all responses from members by February 15, 2011. No responses will be accepted in the online survey after February 19.
