Proposed change to the TLYCC By-Laws

The TLYCC Board of directors is proposing the following change to the TLYCC By-Laws:

Current Wording:
SECTION 1. Classification of Members

(f) Inactive Members shall be those Regular Members and Junior Members who, upon application to the Board of Directors, have been granted inactive status. Inactive Members shall lose all privileges of the Club, including the use of its facilities and voting. Inactive Members also forgo sharing in the liquidation of any assets. Inactive Regular, and Senior Members shall pay all assessments. Inactive Junior Members will pay 50% of Annual Junior Membership dues and 50% of this amount will be credited to their Regular Membership if/when they become Regular Members.

New Wording:
(f) Inactive Members shall be those Regular Members, Senior Members and Junior Members who, upon application to the Board of Directors, have been granted inactive status. Inactive Members shall lose all privileges of the Club, including the use of its facilities and voting. Inactive members may accompany an active member to the club infrequently as a guest of the active member. Inactive members who do not pay inactive dues and assessments will be removed from membership. Inactive Members also forgo sharing in the liquidation of any assets. Inactive Regular, and Senior Members shall pay all assessments. Inactive Junior Members will pay 50% of Annual Junior Membership dues and 50% of this amount will be credited to their Regular Membership if/when they become Regular Members.
