The following pictures, courtesy of our members, demonstrate changes that have occurred on our point over the last few years. Of particular concern is the erosion that has occurred to the soil line:

• The January, 2013 pictures, courtesy of Terry Malone, show the north shore following phase 2 of the restoration that was completed in the fall of 2012.
• The November, 2011 pictures, courtesy of Laura Christensen, show the results of the first half of the north shoreline restoration which has now been completed! The remainder of the north shore will be done in 2012. View more pictures from November.
• The April, pictures, courtesy of Rob Nissly, show the improvement in gravel coverage, but make it clear that the ongoing area of concern is the continued loss of soil along the gravel line. Compare these pictures to the ones from 2008.
