2013 Dinner Menu and Schedule

TLYCC Dinner schedule:

  • Members must call or sign up by Noon the day of evening meal.
  • All Wednesday and Friday Dinners include beverage, salad, and dessert.
  • Wednesday Night Dinner 7:00pm.
  • Thursday night Family Night 6:30pm (bring plenty of a dish to pass).
  • Friday Night Dinner 7:00pm.
  • Saturday take out, pickup by 5:00pm.
  • Menu’s may be subject to change.

6/14—Whitefish Grenoble, Lemon Baked Chicken, Green Beans Almondine, Mashed Potatoes w/ Chorizo, bacon and paprika.
6/15 – Take out Ribs & Sides. Pickup by 5pm
6/19—Chicken Parmesan, Creamed Corn w/ Basil, Tomato Basil Pasta
6/20— Family Night, Entrée TBD, Bring a dish to Pass for plenty of folks
6/21—Whitefish Grenoble, Beef Stroganoff, Stuffed Peppers, Scalloped Potatoes
6/22 – Take out Ribs & Sides. Pickup by 5pm
6/26—Shrimp Alfredo, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, Rice w/ Swiss Chard
6/27— Family Night, Entrée TBD, Bring a dish to Pass for plenty of folks
6/28—New Member Whitefish Grenoble, Pork tenderloin with Chimmichurri (lemon, garlic, herb sauce), Green Beans w/ Mushroom Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes
6/29 – Take out Ribs & Sides. Pickup by 5pm
7/3—Chicken w/ Tarragon Sauce, Broccoli w/ Tomato Cream Sauce, Pesto Pasta
7/4– 4th of July Chicken BBQ (no family night
7/5—Whitefish Grenoble, Chicken Enchiladas, Stuffed Portabellas, Feta Herb Farro
7/6 – Take out Ribs & Sides. Pickup by 5pm
7/10—Pork w/ Red Wine sauce, Sage Zucchini, Rice w/ Tomato and Artichokes
7/11— Family Night, Entrée TBD, Bring a dish to Pass for plenty of folks
7/12—Whitefish Grenoble, Coffee Roasted Beef, White Wine Roasted Veg. Medley, Parmesan Mushroom Farro
7/13 – Take out Ribs & Sides. Pickup by 5pm
7/17—Chicken Cacciatore, Zesty Creamed Spinach, Garlic Herb Parmesan Pasta

8/16– Whitefish Grenoble, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Stuffed Tomatoes, Mashed Ginger Sweet Potatoes
8/17 – Take out Ribs & Sides Pickup by 5pm
8/21—Prime Rib, Butternut Squash, Baked Sweet Potatoes —– Last Dinner served
